【什么是質(zhì)控品】

1. 質(zhì)控品的來源： 
  質(zhì)控品的來源同校準品大致相同，廠商可能會更具自己的要求添加了很多物質(zhì)，此時有些物質(zhì)的添加量常常達到病理狀態(tài)的高濃度，在應(yīng)用于某一項目時，對這個項目來說基質(zhì)效應(yīng)將更大。

2. 定值方法： 
  有些廠商會給自己的標準品定一個定值范圍，這個定值范圍是由廠商聯(lián)合幾家使用同樣檢測系統(tǒng)的臨床用戶，僅多次測定得出的均值。此時如果將該質(zhì)控品應(yīng)用于另一個檢測系統(tǒng)，由于方法學的不同，可能得出同廠商給出值有較大差異的值。此時不能認為該檢測系統(tǒng)的準確度不佳。此時需要強調(diào)的是檢測系統(tǒng)都是用來測定新鮮血清的，不是用來測定質(zhì)控品或其他物質(zhì)的。檢測系統(tǒng)只有在檢測新鮮血清是得出的結(jié)果才具有溯源性。不同檢測系統(tǒng)之間只有在檢測新鮮血清時才具可比性。

先天性弓形蟲病的臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜。多數(shù)嬰兒出生時可無癥狀，其中部分于出生后數(shù)月或數(shù)年發(fā)生視網(wǎng)膜脈絡(luò)膜炎、斜視、失明、癲癇、精神運動或智力遲鈍等。下列不同組合的臨床表現(xiàn)：視網(wǎng)膜脈絡(luò)膜炎、腦積水、小頭畸形、無腦兒、顱內(nèi)鈣化等應(yīng)考慮本病可能。后天獲得性弓形蟲病病情輕重不一，免疫功能正常的宿主可表現(xiàn)急性淋巴結(jié)炎zui為多見，約占%。免疫缺損者如艾滋病、、惡性腫瘤（主要為霍杰金病等）常有顯著全身癥狀，如高熱、斑丘疹、肌痛、關(guān)節(jié)痛、頭痛、嘔吐、譫妄，并發(fā)生腦炎、心肌炎、肺炎、肝炎、胃腸炎等。眼弓形蟲病多數(shù)為先天性，后天所見者可能為先天潛在病灶活性所致。臨床上有視力模糊、盲點、怕光、疼痛、淚溢、中心性視力缺失等，很少有全身癥狀。炎癥消退后視力改善，但常不*恢復(fù)?？捎胁Ａw混濁。檢查.病原學檢查將可疑病畜或死亡動物的組織或體液，做涂片、壓片或切片，甲醇固定后，作瑞氏或姬氏染色鏡檢可找到弓形蟲滋養(yǎng)體或包囊。.用CR方法檢測特異性核酸.血清學診斷間接熒光抗體試驗、間接血凝抑制試驗、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗和補體結(jié)合試驗檢測特異性IgM、IgG、IgA抗體或血清循環(huán)抗原。蟲的裂殖子( bradyzoites )會於貓的腸道壁內(nèi)進行增殖，但通常都是無任何癥狀的，僅有少數(shù)病例會引發(fā)輕微下痢。
