Mirco Pore Optic with Sector,MPOS
MPOS是一種掠入射型聚焦光學元件,可將X射線和紫外等波段的光子進行聚焦。MPOS由數百萬個方形玻璃微孔組成,內部方孔呈輻射狀排布,為了得到的聚焦效果,還可以在微孔內壁表面鍍增反膜,不同應用波段選擇不同膜層材料。MPOS可裝配成近似Wolter-I光學系統。相比傳統的Wolter光學,這種輻射狀排列方式有諸多優點:更大的有效面積幾何面積比、質量輕、可實現在更高能量下工作。
Micro Pore Optic with Sector is a kind of grazing incidence optical element, which can focus X-ray and ultraviolet light. MPOS have several millions of square shape glass pore in micron scale and the square pores are stacked in radial geometry. In order to obtain the best focusing performance, the inner wall could be coated with increasing reflective film with different film materials for different application bands. MPOS could be assembled to a conic optical system approximation to Wolter-I optics. This radially packing geometry has several advantages, such as larger effective versus geometry area ratios,light weight and working under higher energy than normal Wolter optics.
