用途:
IonPac AS11 陰離子 交 換 分 離 柱 用 NaOH或KOH做 淋 洗 液 ,用 于 無 機 陰 離 子 和有機酸陰離子的快速分離,包括:無機陰離子;一價,二價,三價脂肪酸;Kreb’s循環(huán)酸;高電荷陰離子,如多聚磷酸鹽,多聚硫酸鹽,多聚碳酸鹽;疏水性離子如I-,SCN-,S2O32-和ClO4-;核苷酸。有機溶劑可匹配性方便陰離子交換選擇性的控制,以及復(fù)雜基質(zhì)分析后的清洗。可用IonPac AG11作濃縮柱。作梯度淋洗時,在泵和進樣閥之間連接一支陰離子捕獲柱以除去來自淋洗液中污染的陰離子。用EG40淋洗液發(fā)生器。IonPac AS11和高容量柱AS11-HC均有4mm標準孔柱和2-mm微孔柱。
