七、鋁塑復合板拉伸試驗機故障及解決方法：

一、拉力試驗機加荷時，指針顫動或時走時停

1、離合器齒輪磨損：需要修理或更換。

三、拉力試驗機擺錘回位太快或太慢

1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當：調整緩沖閥到適當位置。

2、液壓油黏度過低或過高：液壓油黏度過低時擺錘回落快，黏度高時回落慢．應更換適當黏度的液壓油。

四、拉力試驗機指針回零滯怠或不穩定
