使用方法
1、接好電源線，合上電源開關，顯示屏顯示GOOD。
2、把控制器“移停”開關拔至“移動”位置。
3、轉動工作臺前擋架上的換位檔塊，使其短邊處于工作位置，插好定位銷。
4、安裝好φ152毫米試筒，并加入*層填料，按數字鍵輸入每層擊實次數，并正確顯示在顯示屏上。
5、按“啟動”鍵，儀器開始工作，每當落錘計數為7的倍數時，工作臺向后移動一次以保證擊實錘落在試筒的中心位置，*層擊實后儀器自動停機。
6、做第二層擊實時，添加填料后，直接按“啟動”鍵，儀器開始工作，第三層操作方法與此相同，可準確完成試件制作。
7、按“暫停”鍵可實現隨時停機，不影響連續計數，按“啟動”鍵可繼續工作，暫停工作時不可使壓桿裝置處于壓緊位置。
8、制作φ100毫米試件時，轉動工作臺前擋架上的換位檔塊，使其長邊處于工作位置，并插好定位銷，把控制器上“移停”開關拔至“停”位置，其它步驟同制作φ152毫米試件一樣。
主要用途
主要用于公路、鐵路、水利、建筑地基填土工程設計，以標準擊實方法在一定的擊實功下，測定土的含水量與干密度之關系，以確定該土的*含水量與相應的zui大干密度。
安裝與調試
1．將本機放置在平整的水平面上。
2．將主機上伸出的導線接到控制器后面板的輸出端。（10芯）
3．將電源線接到控制器后面板的輸入端。（4芯）
4．將電源線插頭插上電源上。
5．按下控制器上的置數/啟動鈕，使之處于置數狀態。
6．撥動置數盤，使之為03。
7．按下電源開/關鈕，電源接通。
8．按置數/啟動鈕，使之彈起，機器開始運轉。
9．待自動停機后，若擊實錘被提起，則接線正確，可正常工作；若擊實錘落在試筒內，則電機是反轉，應將電源插頭的任意兩根火線調換位置，再次試機，直到自動停機后擊實錘處于提起位置。
試驗規程
將制備好的試樣，分 3-5 次倒入筒內，每次將試樣倒入筒中 后，整平表面并把樣筒固定在機器上。
（1）152mm（大試筒）試樣：
① 按三層法，每次 800~900g 試樣（擊實后的試樣等于或略高于 筒的 1/3） ；按 5 層法時，每次約 400~500g（擊實后的試樣等于 或略高于筒的 1/5） 。
② 設備擊實次數；
③ 拔下旋轉插銷；
④ 關好主機護罩；
⑤ 按一下移臺按鈕，此時移臺指示燈亮，按下啟動按鈕，開始程序擊實。
（2）100mm（小試筒）試樣：
① 大筒按三層法時每層需試樣 1700g 左右，五層法時每層需試樣 900~1100g 左右
② 設定擊實次數。
③ 插入旋轉插銷；
④ 關好主機護罩；
⑤ 按一下移臺按鈕，此時移臺指示燈滅，按下啟動按鈕，開始擊實，此時機頭不旋轉，連續沿邊緣擊實。如擊實途中需停止擊 實或有其他不正常情況，按下暫停按鈕，機器停止工作。
