SiFin血型單克隆抗體

單克隆抗體是由單一B細胞克隆產生的高度均一、僅針對某一特定抗原表位的抗體，稱為單克隆抗體。通常采用雜交瘤技術來制備，雜交瘤（hybridoma）抗體技術是在細胞融合技術的基礎上，將具有分泌特異性抗體能力的致敏B細胞和具有無限繁殖能力的骨髓瘤細胞融合為B細胞雜交瘤。用具備這種特性的單個雜交瘤細胞培養成細胞群，可制備針對一種抗原表位的特異性抗體即單克隆抗體。
單克隆抗體比多克隆抗體具有許多優點，包括：

- 沒有污染的抗體
- 弱抗原鑒定
- 優秀的批處理重復性
我們有超過40年生產血型試劑的經驗，15年的在常規的測試和制造sifin單克隆抗體的成功使用。從 80 年代中期免疫制劑的生產就開始采用雜交瘤細胞培養技術作為核心技術。單克隆抗體被引入傳統的血型分型產品和沙門氏菌屬，志賀氏菌屬，大腸桿菌包括腸出血性大腸桿菌診斷用的檢測試劑中。
特別是，沙門氏菌的診斷，我們已經將大部分凝集試劑從多克隆抗體轉換為單克隆抗體，這是常規檢驗和流行病學的里程碑。
