PSU系列可編程單組輸出開關直流電源供應器,提供了定電壓或定電流優先權(C.V / C.C Priority)、斜率優先權設定(adjustable CV/CC Slew Rate)及串并聯等功能。PSU-系列直流電源供應器的高功率密度設計能在1U的尺寸中提供1520W的輸出功率,加上由背板輸出和各種通訊控制接口,使得PSU-Series非常適合于LED模組、車用部品(小型直流無刷馬達)、DC/DC Converter及混合動力用電池模組的生產測試。
PSU-Series可編程單組輸出開關直流電源供應器,全系列包含五個機種,電壓及電流涵蓋從6V/200A 到 60V/25A,其單機的輸出功率從1200W至1520W,為了滿足更多用戶高功率輸出的需求如:直流無刷馬達及混合動力用的電池模組,PSU-Series 搭配同型號的單機進行Master / Slave的控制,可提供2組串聯操作模式或4組并聯操作模式,因此本系列機種在串聯后的zui高電壓輸出范圍可達120V,在并聯后的zui大電流輸出范圍可達800A。
PSU-Series可編程單組輸出開關直流電源供應器的設計是用來滿足當今在電源半導體元件或是電源行業所使用之零件在高速應用下對V-I 特性曲線測試的需求,如DC-DC Converter、混合動力電池模組和汽車零部件等,在半導體電路設計、電源模組設計及產品檢測都需要使用快速斜率控制的電源供應器來驗證其特性,因此,PSU-Series可編程單組輸出開關直流電源供應器,其內建可調電壓及電流之上升或下降斜率,用戶可按產品個別的特性進行定電壓(CV) 或(CC)定電流(上升及下降)斜率參數的設定,以確保產品驗證之周延。由于綠能產品的興起及日漸普級化,LED組合而成的產品應用非常廣泛,因應LED產品其電源導通瞬間所產生的突波,PSU系列電源供應器的CC優先模式可以讓用戶在測試時將電源供應器設定在強制定電流之下動作,以抑制突波的產生。
