寬場NV顯微鏡WNVM是一款基于氮-空位(Nitrogen-Vacancy, NV)色心光探測磁共振(Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance, ODMR)原理的寬場磁顯微鏡,具有空間分辨率高、視野范圍大、可探測磁場動態范圍大、成像速度快等特點。

隕石剩余磁化的磁場成像和光學成像
地質樣本中的剩余磁化強度記錄了過去行星磁場的強度和方向。傳統上,這種磁化是通過測量尺寸在毫米到厘米的樣品凈磁矩進行分析。然而地質樣品通常在亞毫米尺寸上具有結構和物質的不均勻性,只有小部分鐵磁顆粒具有剩余磁化強度,因此需要高空間分辨率、高磁矩靈敏度的成像技術。
寬場NV顯微鏡通過減少金剛石與樣品之間的距離, 能夠實現磁矩靈敏度10-16 A·m2的探測,能夠應用于地質、磁隕石的探測分析中。

肺癌組織熒光成像和磁場成像
傳統磁共振成像受限于低靈敏度和低空間分辨率,很難應用于組織水平微米分辨率的成像。寬場NV顯微鏡結合量子精密測量與免疫磁標記技術,能夠實現高分辨率的腫瘤組織磁成像,可用于肺癌等檢測。
寬場NV顯微鏡在生物組織成像上具絕對磁定量、避免背景信號的干擾、磁信號的高穩定性、兼具磁和光多模態成像等優勢。
