SOI Chip-based High Speed Multichannel VOA
SOI芯片式高速多通道光衰減器基于硅基載流子色散效應實現高速響應的可調光路衰減,實現多通道VOA器件單片化集成,芯片與多通道光纖陣列和外圍驅動電路一體化光電封裝,數字化驅動,偏振相關性小,衰減范圍大,調節精度高,衰減值穩定,響應時間為納秒級,可在高速、低時延系統中應用。
Multi-channel variable optical attenuators based on SOI platform is a new product, which is digitally driven to adjust the attenuation of multi-channel fiber optical paths. This product achieved the integration of a large number of VOA channels on a single SOI chip, and electro-optically co-packaged with fiber array and circuit board. It is capable of tiny polarization-sensitivity, large attenuation range, high adjustment accuracy, stable attenuation value, and especially high-speed response time on the order of nano-second. It is of great value for applications in some high-speed and low-time delay system.
