NGF 是神經營養因子(NT)家族的成員,該家族還包括腦源性神經營養因子 (BDNF)、神經營養因子 3(NT-3)和神經營養因子 4/5(NT-4/5)。神經營養因子是發 育、維持和存活以及記憶形成和儲存的關鍵調節因子。NGF 在成年基底前腦能神經元 (BFCN )的刺激、存活和表型維持中起著關鍵作用。它在皮質和海馬體中合成,并逆行 輸送到 BFCN 細胞體,觸發導致維持正常細胞功能和形態的過程。NGF 可以上調幾種 能標志物,即 ChAT 活性、基因表達和蛋白質水平、乙酰合成和釋放以及囊泡乙酰轉運蛋白(VAChT)的表達。 | |
