工作原理(Working principle):

本機組由粉碎機、工作平臺、剩料桶、關(guān)風機、吸塵器等五部分組成,物料由進料斗進入粉碎室,經(jīng)活動齒盤和固定齒盤的相對運動而獲得粉碎,粉碎好的物料通過離心力的作用,自動進入剩料桶,經(jīng)關(guān)風機進入捕集袋或篩粉機,粉塵由吸塵箱經(jīng)布袋過濾回收,該機按“GMP”標準設(shè)計,全部用不銹鋼材料制造,生產(chǎn)過程中無粉塵飛揚,且能提高物料的利用率,降低企業(yè)成本,目前已達到*水平。

This set is comprised of crusher, working platform, bucket, air shutter and dust collector etc., material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper and crushed through relative motion between movable and fixed fluted discs, and the crushed material is entered into the bucket automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force, and entered into catcher or screening mill through air shutter, where, the dust is filtered and recovered by dust collector through a bag. Designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel, this machine has no flying dust during production, and can improve the utilization rate of material and reduce the cost of enterprise, thus reaching the international advanced level.
