BUTECH閥門是在流體系統中,用來控制流體的方向、壓力、流量的裝置,是使配管和設備內的介質(液體、氣體、粉末)流動或停止并能控制其流量的裝置。
BUTECH閥門是管路流體輸送系統中控制部件,用來改變通路斷面和介質流動方向,具有導流、截止、節流、止回、分流或溢流卸壓等功能。用于流體控制的閥門,從zui簡單的截止閥到極為復雜的自控系統中所用的各種閥門,其品種和規格繁多, 閥門的公稱通徑從極微小的儀表閥大至通徑達10m的工業管路用閥。可用于控制水、蒸汽、油品、氣體、泥漿、各種腐蝕性介質、 液態金屬和放射性流體等各種類型流體地流動 ,閥門的工作壓力可以從0.0013MPa到1000MPa 的超高壓,工作溫度可以c-270℃的超低溫到1430℃的高溫。
閥門的控制可采用多種傳動方式, 如手動、電動、液動、氣動、渦輪、電磁動、電磁液動、電液動、氣液動、正齒輪、傘齒輪驅動等;可以在壓力、溫度或其它形式傳感信號的作用下, 按預定的要求動作,或者不依賴傳感信號而進行簡單的開啟或關閉,閥門依靠驅動或自動機構使啟閉件作升降、滑移、旋擺或回轉運動, 從而改變其流道面積的大小以實現其控制功能。

BUTECH水下閥門 Sub-Sea Valves
As a supplier of equipment to the petroleum industry for more than twenty years, BuTech Pressure Systems offers an extensive line of check valves, needle valves, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-way ball valves with 3/16" to 1" ports (4.7mm to 25.4mm), as well as fittings, tubing and related equipment for petroleum production.
Our sub-sea valves are custom designed for instrumentation, process control and chemical injection applications in the harshest environments. Tests were confirmed by DNV (Det Norske Veritas Classification (Americas), Inc., and an official Project Summary Report covering the scope of the DNV inspection has been issued. In Subsea production and upstream pipeline applications, safety and reliability are critical. Tests demonstrated the integrity of the subsea valves in accordance with the standard, and provided data to support the confidence that BuTech subsea valves meet performance, safety and reliability expectations in the deepest water and some of the harshest environments in the offshore oil and gas industry

Burbank, Calif. – January 11, 2011 –Haskel International, Inc., designer and manufacturer of the BuTech brand of high pressure valves, fittings and tubing, announces successful completion of Performance Verification Testing, per API 6A, 19th ed., for seven (7) models of its Subsea Valves. Tests were confirmed by DNV (Det Norske Veritas Classification (Americas), Inc., who inspected individual performance verification testing reports, per standards API 6A (19th Edition), ISO 10423:2003 PR2, Annex F, and issued an official Project Summary Report covering the scope of the DNV inspection.
In Subsea production and upstream pipeline applications, safety and reliability are critical. Tests demonstrated the integrity of the subsea valves in accordance with the standard, and provided data to support the confidence that BuTech subsea valves meet performance, safety and reliability expectations in the deepest water and some of the harshest environments in the offshore oil and gas industry.
The valves were subjected to Hydrostatic, Hyperbaric and Calibrated Temperature Bath Testing that simulate the extreme heat, cold and pressure adversities that exceed the environment in which Sub-Sea valves must reliably operate. Tests proved the BuTech valves conform to all aspects stated in API 6A (19th Edition), ISO 10423:2003 PR2, Annex F, a global industry standard that is recognized around the world as the Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment that covers equipment utilized for pressure control systems for production of oil and gas.
