德國E+H固定式超聲波流量計|E+H便攜式超聲波流量計
目前用的zui多的超聲波流量計主要有以下幾種:
E+H多譜勒式超聲波流量計
只能用于測量含有適量能反射超聲波信號的顆粒或氣泡的流體,如工廠排放液、未處理的污水、雜質含量穩定的工廠過程液等。要注意它對被測介質要求比較苛刻,不能是潔凈水,雜質含量要相對穩定,才可以正常測量。選擇此類超聲波流量計即要對被測介質心中有數,也要對所選用的超聲波流量計的性能、精度和對被測介質的要求有深入的了解。
E+H便攜式超聲波流量計
用于臨時性測量,主要用于校對管道上已安裝的其它流量儀表,進行一個區域內的流體平衡測試,檢查管道的當時流量情況等。其優點是方便、經濟。
E+H時差式超聲波流量計
目前生產zui多、應用范圍zui廣泛的超聲波流量計。它主要用來測量潔凈的流體流量,在自來水公司和工業用水領域,得到廣泛應用。此外它也可以測量雜質含量不高(含量小于10g/L,粒徑小于1mm)的均勻流體,如污水的測量,而且精度可達±1.5%。實際應用表明,選用時差式超聲波流量計,對流體的測量都能達到滿意的效果。德國E+H固定式超聲波流量計|E+H便攜式超聲波流量計
E+H管段式超聲波流量計
精度zui高,可達到±0.5%,而且不受管道材質、襯里的限制,適用于流量測量精度要求高的場合。但隨著管徑的增大,成本也會增加,通常情況下,選用中小口徑的管段式超聲波流量計較為經濟。
E+H固定式超聲波流量計
如果有足夠的安裝空間,使用插入式換能器代替外貼式換能器,*消除了管襯、結垢及管壁對超聲波信號衰減的影響,測量穩定性更高,也大大減小了維護工作量。而且,由于插入式換能器也可以不斷流安裝,所以其應用正在不斷推廣。
