集膚效應加熱的本質是電磁波在鐵磁體內衰減、通過電磁感應過程, 將大部分電能以渦流形式轉化為熱能。
集膚電伴熱系統簡單表述為:一根絕緣導體(集膚電纜)穿在一鐵磁體鋼管里邊,電纜一端(末端)與鋼管末端(遠端)連接,電纜始端和鋼管始端之間通以交流電,電流經電纜始端到末端,再從鋼管末端返回鋼管始端。穿管的電纜由于其周圍交變磁場在鋼管內感應,帶來磁滯損耗產生的熱量,以及閉合回路電流在鋼管上產生渦流,附加產生的熱量是電纜芯線自身的電阻熱I²R。
在電纜和鋼管返回電流的交叉作用下,電流集中在鋼管的內表面,這種現象從接近效果上講,被稱為集膚效應,故以該現象設計的電伴熱系統被命名為集膚效應電伴熱。
The essence of skin electric current tracing is that electro-magnetic wave attenuates within ferromagnet, and during electro-magnetic induction, the most of electric energy transforms into heal output by eddy current.
The SECT system simplely describes as follow: one insulated conductor is run inside a ferromagnetic steel pipe, the cable is connected to the piep at the and(the far end) and a source of ac power is connected between the cable and the pipe at the other end(the supply end). Current flows from the power source through the insulated cable to the far end and returns through the pipe. Heat is generated in the ferromagnetic pipe wall by the return current flow and by hysteresis and eddy currents induced by the alternating magnetic field around the insulated conductor. Additional heat is producted by the I²R loss in the insulated conductor.

適合超長輸管線電伴熱,一個電源點可供zui長達24km的管道伴熱。
導線使用耐熱性能高的絕緣和護套材料,比普通電纜壽命長。
容易實現電氣自動化控制,的監控測量技術和信號傳輸技術均可運用在該系統上。
集膚電流加熱管既可在工廠里預制組合件、現場對接,也可直接在現場交錯施工。

It is fit for ultralong length pipepne's heat trace. The maxima length is 24km by One power station can supppes electric heat.

注:集膚加熱電纜絕緣層2層,zui外層兼作護套層。集膚電纜單位長度的功率、電纜芯線截面與被伴熱工藝管的長度、工作電壓以及電流有關。

The SECT Power Supply system
集膚電伴熱電源系統包括特種變壓器和電源控制柜。根據伴熱要求和集膚電纜的電氣參數,決定變壓器型號和容量。
集膚電伴熱系統電源分為工頻電源和中頻電源。
The SECT power supply system includes special type transformer and power distribute panel box. The type and capacity of the transformer are determined only by the damands of electric parameters.
The power supply is assorted by frequent and intermediate frequency.
