PSU系列可編程單組輸出開關(guān)直流電源供應(yīng)器,提供了定電壓或定電流優(yōu)先權(quán)(C.V / C.C Priority)、斜率優(yōu)先權(quán)設(shè)定(adjustable CV/CC Slew Rate)及串并聯(lián)等功能。PSU-系列直流電源供應(yīng)器的高功率密度設(shè)計(jì)能在1U的尺寸中提供1520W的輸出功率,加上由背板輸出和各種通訊控制接口,使得PSU-Series非常適合于LED模組、車用部品(小型直流無刷馬達(dá))、DC/DC Converter及混合動(dòng)力用電池模組的生產(chǎn)測試。
PSU-Series可編程單組輸出開關(guān)直流電源供應(yīng)器,全系列包含五個(gè)機(jī)種,電壓及電流涵蓋從6V/200A 到 60V/25A,其單機(jī)的輸出功率從1200W至1520W,為了滿足更多用戶高功率輸出的需求如:直流無刷馬達(dá)及混合動(dòng)力用的電池模組,PSU-Series 搭配同型號(hào)的單機(jī)進(jìn)行Master / Slave的控制,可提供2組串聯(lián)操作模式或4組并聯(lián)操作模式,因此本系列機(jī)種在串聯(lián)后的zui高電壓輸出范圍可達(dá)120V,在并聯(lián)后的zui大電流輸出范圍可達(dá)800A。
PSU-Series可編程單組輸出開關(guān)直流電源供應(yīng)器的設(shè)計(jì)是用來滿足當(dāng)今在電源半導(dǎo)體元件或是電源行業(yè)所使用之零件在高速應(yīng)用下對(duì)V-I 特性曲線測試的需求,如DC-DC Converter、混合動(dòng)力電池模組和汽車零部件等,在半導(dǎo)體電路設(shè)計(jì)、電源模組設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品檢測都需要使用快速斜率控制的電源供應(yīng)器來驗(yàn)證其特性,因此,PSU-Series可編程單組輸出開關(guān)直流電源供應(yīng)器,其內(nèi)建可調(diào)電壓及電流之上升或下降斜率,用戶可按產(chǎn)品個(gè)別的特性進(jìn)行定電壓(CV) 或(CC)定電流(上升及下降)斜率參數(shù)的設(shè)定,以確保產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證之周延。由于綠能產(chǎn)品的興起及日漸普級(jí)化,LED組合而成的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用非常廣泛,因應(yīng)LED產(chǎn)品其電源導(dǎo)通瞬間所產(chǎn)生的突波,PSU系列電源供應(yīng)器的CC優(yōu)先模式可以讓用戶在測試時(shí)將電源供應(yīng)器設(shè)定在強(qiáng)制定電流之下動(dòng)作,以抑制突波的產(chǎn)生。
