精密干燥箱 精密烘箱各系統配置及技術說明：

箱體結構：
1）本設備由室體、加熱系統、電氣控制系統、送風系統、保護系統等組成。
2）箱體采用*設備制作、業內工藝制造流程、線條流暢，美觀大方。
3）工作室材質為不銹鋼SUS304材質，外箱材質為優質冷軋鋼板，產品外殼采用環保金屬漆噴制，整體設計美觀大方，適合實驗室的顏色搭配。
4）工作室內擱架可隨用戶的要求任意調節高度以及擱架的數量。
5）工作室與外箱之間的保溫材料為優質超細玻璃纖維保溫棉，保溫層厚度：＞70mm, 隔溫效果好，國內*，高性能的絕緣結構。從里到外有內腔、內殼、超細玻璃纖維、鋁制反射鋁箔片、空氣夾層，內膽熱量損失少。內膽外箱及門膽結構*，*減少了內腔熱量的外傳。
6）門與門框之間采用高性能密封材料及*的橡膠密封結構，密封、耐高溫性、抗老化性好。
7）箱內風道采用雙循環系統，不銹鋼多翼式離心風輪及循環風道組成，置于箱體背部的電加熱器熱量通過側面風道向前排出，經過干燥物后再被背部的離心風輪吸入，形成合理的風道，能使熱空氣充分對流，使箱內溫度zui大限度達到均勻。提高了空氣流量加熱的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的溫度均勻性。

采用國內“上海亞泰”可編程液晶顯示控制器（目前市場上性價比的儀表），產品采用綜合的電磁兼容設計和人性化的菜單設計，使得設備操作*傻瓜化，控溫效果。高亮度寬視窗液晶顯示，示值清晰、直觀。微電腦智能控制，溫度可以分段編程，zui多18段可編程。設定溫度和時間后，儀表自行控制加熱功率，并顯示加熱狀態，控溫精確而穩定。超溫報警并自動切斷加熱電源。
電器控制系統：
1）電氣控制元器件均采用國內“正泰”
2）電氣線路設計新穎，合理布線，安全可靠
3）箱體頂部為電氣控制柜，方便于集中檢查維修

2）無紙記錄儀，可實現對設備溫度進行單色曲線、棒圖、數字、混合、追憶、報警等顯示，進行集中顯示、存儲、打印、管理、分析，USB接口，記錄間隔：1秒---1分，存儲空間:zui長記錄可達半年以上。作為普通有紙記錄儀的更新換代產品。
3）配RS-485接口，可連接計算機和記錄儀，實現實時監控工作狀態。
4）溫度測試孔，可實現不同測試線或儀器插入設備工作室內進行各種試驗，測試孔孔徑有￠25、￠50、￠80可選。
5）載物托架，設備標準配置是2個載物托架，客戶可以根據具體要求增配托架數量。
